Standard sizes 35-41. Most designs can be made before 44. Flat shoes up to size 46. The price for a large size is determined individually.

Yes! We can make your design. We need a picture of the shoes from several sides and your foot measurements. Then we agree in all the materials and accessories.
Yes we make. Standard size: 38-43.Custom shoes can be made up to size 48 EU.
Yes we do custom shoes. All you need to do it’s send your measurements. We charge extra for custom sizes.

If the problem is returned due to our fault, we pay for the delivery. If the customer simply refuses, he pays for delivery.
All shoes are made from genuine leather, so after 2-3 wear it will take the shape of your foot.
We can change the height of the heels if it’s between 1-2 cm. If the heights differs more it will count like Custom Order and costs more.
You can choose any color from our palette for free. If you are looking for the color that is not specified when ordering, you can submit a request and then it will cost extra.
Yes, we are fully responsible for the shoes when the mistake was our fault.
Shoes of your own design, large size or other custom request will be refunded at 40% of the total cost.
Shoes that were purchased on a sale are not subject to return or replacement.
